I don't see a price for the subscription. Since I'm retired I'm afraid I question all things I don't really need, although this might be what I need! LOL!

Oh, I hear you. The publishing isn't the problem. The marketing is (for me). 🫣It never ends. Most writers (except a few lucky ones) have to wear many hats. The writer. The publisher. The marketing expert. The social media expert. The publicist. 💗📚

I am totally pumped about a new Taylor Jackson novel. I’m sure Indie publishing is a challenge at first but I applaud your efforts to move into this publishing method. I will definitely order the new book. Not sure I like reading installments though. I will have to check that out.

Love this excerpt! I'll be in line to buy it.

Most of the time, I love indie publishing. It's like having your own small business and I'm an entrepreneur at heart. And Vellum is a dream. So easy to use with such spectacular results. But, as you say, there are so many moving parts it can all get overwhelming.

I am very confused. Does this mean I won’t be able to get from my library anymore? Will these be available on Amazon? For free?

I’m already hooked! I’ve missed Taylor Jackson. Friends have been asking if I had read any good books yet. Of course...and “It’s One of Us” has been recommended. Thanks for the day and late night reading.

So looking forward to a new Taylor Jackson (and It's One of Us is waiting on the corner of my desk once I push through my own copy edit rounds).

And I feel your pain and joy around indie publishing. Such tremendous talent is out there to support us with editing, covers, and design. Vellum is a miracle tool for formatting. And dealing with all the distribution channels is challenging, but rewarding in its own way. (I haven't ever worked with Edelweiss, though I've scribbled a note in my Bullet Journal to investigate).

Good luck with The Wolves Come At Night. I'll be right there in line to get my copy.
