Not much reading this week. I plan to remedy that this weekend. I’ve got two on the TBR pile I can’t wait to get to: THE HUNTING PARTY and THE PARIS APARTMENT, both by Lucy Foley (and they were gifts from someone who knows what I love to read…).

Your list of books you have read and want to read! 😍 I’m such a fan Mary Kubica. And ALL the Lisa’s. Current read is Island Witch by Amanda Jayatissa. I’d like to get one more book in before break is over.. But I’ve almost spent more time this spring break watching basketball than reading. I got so sucked In to March Madness this year. 😂 Happy Easter!

My goal for this weekend is to finish out a few of my reads (research, craft) so I can get started beta reading a friend’s manuscript in April!

I finished reading Expiration Dates by Rebeeca Serle. It was very good but I think I liked In Five Years better.

I also read Mine by JR Ward. I just love JR and I've been reading her for years!

I'm about halfway through I Found You by Lisa Jewel. This is only the second book I've read by this author but it's really good...keeping me guessing.

Rebecca Yarros news...immediately went and pre-ordered Onyx Storm....squealing inside!

Just to keep things interesting, I tested positive for covid. I had it once at the end of 2020 and just had a runny nose and lost me sense of smell. This time I'm actually sick...kind of like a sinus infection. I called my Dr and they put me on Plaxovid and it seems to be working! So glad I thought to call my Dr.

It's shaping up to be a decent weekend weather wise here in southeast Nebraska...yay!!

Goodness, sweetheart! If you need me to take care of any of those mean tweeters, just send me a list I hope you find some blessed peace this weekend. I still can’t read well for very long, so I’m going to have an old school TV binge this weekend. Take care. 💕

I just finished A Very Bad Thing and wow, I loved it! Choosing a new one now but I think I'm going to go with A Forgotten Kill by Isabella Maldonado.

I would love to read the galley of A Very Bad Thing! I can't wait for it! I recently read It's One of Us & loved it so much I've been giving copies as gifts! I'm currently reading End of Story by A.J. Finn. I've also been loving your writing series. Have a great weekend!

We just returned from a 2 & 1/2 week vacation to Australia so I haven't been reading much. I am really looking forward to reading Whatever Happened to Nina & Has Anyone Seen Charlotte Salter.

Thank you for you thoughts on THE LAST MURDER AT THE END OF THE WORLD. I love speculative fiction but I wasn't sure about this one. Now I know I'll be reading it soon!

I left Twitter right after Musk took over. I didn't like the direction the site was going. I haven't regretted it. I'm on Threads now but I'm really not on there much but I don't really miss visiting a Twitter-like social media.
